Offtake signed
The lease is the credit instrument: take-or-pay terms, the credit gap between a hyperscaler and a GPU cloud, a twenty-year shell against five-year chips. Linth reads the lease into cited terms, abstains where the document is silent, and flags the mismatch.
Money closed
The IC memo and DD pack draft from documents already in the record — every figure tied out across the deal, exported to Word with the citations inside, and blocked until a named human signs.
